If you can, please be a little more detailed in your situation so that we can help better. It has been a very common misunderstanding of a "won't start" complaint. To some, won't start means they turn the key and nothing happens. To others it means the engine turns over, but will not run. Thanks.

Ok..sorry about that. when I first try to start, it just turns over and doesn't fire. it doesn't do it all the time just a couple times a week. I could hold the key and the engine will turn over. Itried turning over for almost a minute, Just won't fire, but as soon as I stop and try again it will start every time..sorry if that is confusing..I'm not real good at explaining...thanks for any help

Not a problem at all. If the engine is turning over but not firing, then there SHOULD be a code stored in the ECU that will give us an indication of what direction to go. When you have a moment, take your truck to most any parts store, and they can scan your ECU for codes. Get them written down and we can go from there. Also, don't ever crank an engine over for more than 15-20 seconds at a time without letting the starter motor cool for another 30 seconds. It's not good for the starter. They are not designed for long term cranking.
