Help: Buying OEM Side Steps off 2010 to put on my 2011? Where are bolts?

Going to purchase OEM running boards of 2010 DCSB. I spoke with the seller and asked does the sale include the mounting bolts.

The seller said the mounting bolts are already on the bottom of my vehicle. I looked up under my truck and all I see are rubber inserts.

Will I need to purchase bolts/screws? If so what size? Do you all recommend installing with split lock washers, fender washer, or internal tooth lock washer?

FYI: Asking price is now $160 (normal wear on running boards).

 

you need to get the bolts from the seller. you are correct where youre looking, there are only rubber inserts where the running boards line up.

 

rubber inserts are covering the bolt holes, which are threaded
bolt size is 8mmx1.25 IIRC about 1in long
get washers and split lock washers
