Tuff Country 3" suspension lift?

Alright guys, after owning my truck for 3 years i think its finally time to change it up a bit. I was thinking of getting a cheap 3" lift until i can afford the 6 inch. After about 30 min of searching i found this 3"lift . It sounds alright, definitely in my price range and i really dont want to go with a body lift again. It says i can fit 32s but id really like to fit 33s, is this possible? Anything i should consider when buying Wheels and Tires? Offset? Width? Backspacing? Sorry about all the questions but i want to make sure i do this right.
