I jus want to get 35's on my 08 tacoma but really on a budget. And was wondering if the 4" lift with the 6" baja fenders would be enough room for them? Any suggestions would be great thanks.

I bet at the very least some trimming would be needed. Cab mount, inner plastic, and maybe even a different UCA. 33" is super easy doable, 35" you start to get into more serious territory.

so you mean to say you don't have money so instead of cutting to make the tires fit you're going to buy 6" over fiberglass fenders?
