Let me see if I can find the Tacoma wiring diagram. They used to be on TTORA but got taken down. There has to be a link between the circuits that are dead. I thought it would have been the main fuse but if it's good, there has to be another common power supply.

I broke it. At least the casing to it. The fuse part is still intact and has 12.5 volts. I'm thinking it might be a relay under the dash. There is three row of fuses in the under dash box. I have power to the top row, but everything listed on the other two rows is completely dead.

Only problem with that theory is the stereo not working. That is not in the under dash box.

Your headlights aren't in the under dash fuse panel either. Your main power is under the hood. A lot of the under dash fuses are controlled by relays under the hood.

    Here's the wiring diagrams:

I'm trying to find the common link between the stuff you said isn't working.

Actually my headlights work, but my fog lights do not. My hazards do, but my turn signals do not.

I have complete power to everything in the under hood box. All the fuses are fine. all the relays are fine. I am not even receiving power to the bottom two rows of fuses in the under dash box. Cannot figure out where the power comes into this box at.

Thank you for the diagram!!! Is my 2008 going to be the same as the 2006? Because it looks like alot of this runs through the circuit with the clock. and that is... right after the emergency flashers? I have flashers, and no clock. could be getting closer.

It was actually the ignition switch. Evidently I broke it while moving stuff around. I moved the steering wheel up and out while trying to get more room for diagnosing and a piece fell out. I will do a write-up on replacing the ignition switch, since there isn't already one. Now I just have to figure out how to upload pics.
Thank you, to everyone that helped.
