As in not folding the wheel chair up at all? I seriously doubt it, but I am going to take a guess that you meant folded up.
Best thing to do would go to a dealership, and pretend you are going to buy a truck for them and ask to try a few out.

Its not a folding one and to fit my wheelchair in the back i will remove the back seat so its easier to fit there and if i need to remove the plastic in the door so it will give me like 2 more inche

Here is a pic I took when I removed my rear seat when I was replacing my carpet. Personally I think it will fit just fine. I was so impressed by just how much space was there I almost didn't want to put my rear seat back in I don't carry more than one passenger 99% of the time. Ignore the goofy dog in the back.

^That's alot of room. Yamaha dave, was that in a first gen? OP is buying a first gen.. I doubt there would be much of a change but still.

OP-Are you going to be able to pull the wheel chair out easily enough?

I got a wheel chair folded up in the back of my old 97 honda civic. Not much room back there but it worked.

Seems to me that you could just measure the minimum height and width of the door opening, and compare that to the maximum height and width of the wheel chair.

Yes that was in a 2003 Double Cab. There was a TON of room I was THIS close to not putting to seat back there. To be honest with you once I saw how much room was left I was seriously thinking about making some kind of mobile office back there (I have to travel a lot weekly and sometimes I have to wait for flights for hours in the odd morning hours when nothing is open). Anyways yeah and what I like the most is there really isn't anything intrusive sticking out out from the floor once you remove the rear seat or wires or anything so it still looks presentable.
