I have a 2008 PreRunner and it does not have an AUX input.
Im not sure if I should pay to have it installed or if its easy enough to do it myself..

    It is easy enough?
Any suggestions or experiences you can offer?

Click on the Link in my signature. This takes a little while but my friend and I did it in about 2 hours and it works like a charm.

The only difference is that I routed mine through the little tray down by the right side of the steering wheel (because I don't have the input available where he put it.) Drilled a tiny whole and put the AUX plug in there.
