New Clutch & TOB...started squeeking already!

Have an 01' SR-5, 5 speed that the TOB was making a "chirping" noise when clutch NOT engaged, stopped when engaged. Replaced flywheel, clutch, & TOB (and O2 sensor because I broke it getting tranny out!). All good!

Noise started again after 1 month! Is it the lubrication of the clutch fork & tranny shaft causing it?

Pissed...clutch was hardly worn when I took it out!
