When I was installing stereos 10 yrs ago, we had a dash repair specialist that would come around and repair various types of damages, including stuff that looked like what you've got.

Call your insurance agent, ask if they have a recommendation for a mobile interior repair guy, and if they can't help, try your local body shop and/or car stereo shop, particularly if they do a lot of insurance work.

Basically involved removing the panel, finding parts of plastic the same color as the damaged area, and heating stuff up, usually with something similar to a soldering iron. Then cleanup and blending into surrounding areas.

The guy I used to use did amazing work, and pretty inexpensive. I remember one day he repaired a dozen or so screw holes for me (prior to selling a car) for about $30, and if you didn't know there were holes there before, you'd never know after.

Another option is getting a used panel from a totaled Tacoma that's being parted out.

Yea, that heating up, melting and blending is called plastic welding.
