    Quality was "Very Good to Excellent". I rated it poorly because I know a large number of these arrived damaged and very blemished.....so much so that I felt it had to be reflected in the review. As I recall, the Amazon review format made it hard - if not impossible - to distinquish between shipping/packaging and the product overall.

    I know they are getting some returned that were damaged in shipment....

    not to many, love it the way it is
    this is a nice mat. I still smell it back there on hot days and it is holding everything in place and keeping it from sliding around. Being able to put something back there without being concerned if it will slide around is awesome

    Well, after choking the dog yesterday going up a really steep hill, I ordered the Bedrug. Toyota Dealership wanted $379 for the one that covers the whole bed (bottom, sides, and tailgate). I showed them that

    is selling it for $291 and got it for the same price (plus tax is $311) and it even has the Bedrug logo on it. Since it is from Toyota, it comes with a 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty... That's what was on the screen when I looked at it during their ordering.
