    I heard that if you use tooth paste and rub it on the headlight lens it helps it be clear again... Is this true

    Toothpaste is an abrasive. So yes.

    How much? Dunno. Works great for polishing light scratches on glass.

    It will not work as good as a headlight restoration. It will make your yellow lenses be shiny yellow lenses.

    did the toothpaste thing on my Honda's Headlights.. Lasted a good 3 weeks.. then reyellowed... there are other products that do so much better.. Best thing ive done is 3m's Headlight restore... wet sanding and polishing...
