Buying Ballistic Jester Rims, could use quick help for sizing

Hey guys, I'm pretty slow when it comes to tire/wheel stuff lol.

Buying Ballistic Jester wheels this week, and since my local 4x4 place doesn't carry Ballistic wheels, I have to order them and deliver em to get the mounting.

My tire/truck specs:

2005 AC TRD Sport Package
Yokohama Geolander A/T-S
275/65 r17

I currently run the stock sport wheels. I want the Ballistic Jesters to be 17" as well so I don't have to change the tires.

Question really is...what rear spacing/offset/holes (or bolt pattern) would be right for my tires/truck? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I just can't ever seem to figure wheel stuff out lol.

 

Look for a 6 on 5.5" /6 on 139.7mm lug pattern.
And look for around a 4.5" backspace on the wheel(-12mm or 0mm offset depending on wheel width)

So I was looking at TruckAddons.com to buy the wheels.

I got the 6 x 139.7

But as far as the offset goes it should be -12mm since its a 17x9 wheel correct?
