I tried searching, but haven't had much luck with this. I have an Alpine INES90HD I want to install, but who makes the best fitting kit for the 2012-3's? Scosche, Metra?

Also I'm doing a full soundsystem in my truck, anyone can tell me if I need anything else?

    I have:
    -Head Unit
    -Wiring Kit
    -Distribution Blocks
    -2x 6x9 speaker
    -2x 6x5 speakers
    -1x 1000w amp,
    -mtx pre-packed sub box

I heard the metra leaves gaps around certain head units. But that's all I've heard on the subject. Wish I could be of more help.

I have pictures of both on this site with a 7 inch screen. The Scosche is a much better fit. It has slopped curve to the inside of the opening. The Metra is square. Even the Metra instruction tell you to CUT a piece of plastic to fill in the opening on the sides. NOT!

If you have to cut the Scosche, it probably will not show. The Metra looks aftermarket.... IMO.

I've got the Metra kit. Painted it black. Nice and sturdy. Only complaint I would have is the tiny gap you see at the top.
