I have moto metal 951 black and chrome rims currently and over time the black has faded out to a dull black. Is there a certain kind of paint I could or should use to repair the black parts? I don't want to pay anyone to do it I would like to do it my self and try to get them the nice bright black they used to be. Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks would I need some kind of clear coat would the ol rattle can work?

I would say first use a good wheel cleaner; if your still not satisfied with the results then get them powder coated
