    He anyone with a TRD sport ever tried to make the stock hood scoop functional?
    I look at it all the time and try to think of some ways, I have a few ideas

    Many things have been done. Some successful, some not so much.
    Mine works fine as a babe magnet, so haven't changed a thing yet. Here is an incomplete skewp repurposing list:

    1 cold air intake, apparently is a bad idea due to the fabled low pressure zone.
    2. Engine cooler. Apparently only slightly effective.
    3. Light housing. Some have shoved small LED bars in there. I saw at least one KITT scanner as well.
    4 siren mount
    5 front camera (saw in Hawaii in all places while working there. Looked like an unmarked police truck by what I saw inside)

    I'm sure there are others. You can find successful and failed projects here.
