You mean did not, right? My 2010 that I bought brand new did not come with the "toyota care" package. If they offered it on the 2010s, it was after I bought mine in aug 2009. I think I had the dealer do my first change, realized how much they rape you for the synthetic oil, then it was me from that point forward.

My 2009 came with the first 6 or 8 oil changes free or something like that. But like I said, I did them all myself. They really didn't like my little 2" leveling lift kit. They acted like the truck was from Mars when I rolled in there with that.

Years ago I had brought my Silverado in for an oil change at a nationwide auto parts retailer. Sitting in the waiting area I looked up and noticed the shelf in front of my truck with 5 different viscosities 5w-30, 10w-40 etc. plus one synthetic. I walked into the bay and asked the so called technician if he just emptied those into the vehicle and he said yes. I blew a cork! I told him to drain it out immediately and refill it. He said he had to talk to his manager first! I told him I don't give a crap what he does change it. The manager came out and said I shouldn't be in the bay area and I told him "Why? So I couldn't see your screw ups!" All those technician papers plastered all over the wall don't mean anything. There is no quality control in these retail centers. My second truck I brought in and they told me the drain plug was stripped! I told them it is the first oil change, how the hell did it get stripped! Either I do it myself, or I the truck doesn't leave until I lift the hood and check it first. I don't trust any of them.
