Is it worth trading in your Tacoma for the newer 2013 upgrades?

The 2013 Tacoma beds are missing the open storage compartment on both sides. Why I haven't a clue.

Some nice features are Standard on all new Tacoma's I believe are the Temp and compass in the mirror along with the backup cam. The radio upgrade is nice, the Bluetooth feature is now in the steering wheel instead of the dash.

I purchased the roof racks and will install them when they come in, and have added the Blue Logic for hands free telephone.

Nothing worth trading my 2011 for, and many of the newer features can always be added at a later date without the purchase of a new Taco.

Does anyone else feel the same way?:duel::duel:

I like the new updates. I don’t think i would trade a 11 model for a new one though. Maybe one of the older models.

I see no reason to trade up from my 2005. I prefer no vehicle payment over any of the new features.

I agree Worthywads, no payments are a nice feature on any vehicle.

We also have a 2005 Rav4L with 91,000, looks new and runs like the day we bought it, no payments and as long as it keeps on ticking it isn't going anywhere.

It's not new, it's not Mexico
All the upgrades you describe are very minor compared to the money you would lose trading in a 2 year old truck.
