so I'll be pulling a 6x12 double axle uhaul trailer in a few weeks and am concerned that I might be riding on my bump stops. I have original 3-leaf pack what currently with no weight are fairly straight. When I put around 700 lbs of steel in the bed I was 1.5" away from bump stops....
should I be worried about hitting bump stops and/or if I'm riding on them will it do any damage? I'll be driving about 875km ( ~543 miles).

    thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated!

That's gonna be one hell of a bad road trip if your going 500 miles hitting your stock bumps the whole time.

Try some Timbrens or even Wheelers bumps.

My stock leafs back in the day (pics in my gallery) were possibly like yours. I went from aal to aal with timbrens, to now dakars with timbrens. Some may say airbags, but I know crap about those.

Can you load your trailer so that you put more weight on the trailer and not on the truck..
