Update on heat around gearshift

    Apparently, there is a boot or heat shield of sorts that is supposed to keep heat from risng through the shifter area. I GUESS MINE GOT KNOCKED LOOSE SOME HOW. Jim

    I think this was some kind of heat boot that fits underneath the cutout where the gear shift pokes up into the cab. Jim
