f4i just turned off!!

have a 2001 CBR f4i, out at a spot the other day and it just turns off.
The tank primes, and the bike turns over, but WON'T turn on. It sounds like it wants to BUT just won't.
Took off the gas tank to see if it's just an electrical problem, for some reason when the tank touches metal, it primes (had it resting on the shock for a bit while wire searching and when I would move it, you can hear the tank prime like someone just switched the key to "on") Tried the fuses (replaced one but it was for the head lights). Checked for loose wires, frayed, nothing (to the extent of me finding any).

Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem? My friend is going to see about the battery connections and battery in general today. Other than that I'm lost

 

Maybe the kickstand trigger is stuck

 

found out it was the ECU now I gotta do some searching for a new one
