5100's set to 2.5" with stock arms. The closest the tech could get the caster was 1.6 for the left side and 0.7 for the right side. Any particular reason he couldn't get the right side to match the left side? No bushings are seized. I checked that before and had to replace one. Should I be fine until I can get some LR arms?? Any help would be great.

1.6 is pretty good. 0.7 is way too low.

Badgers, I don't need no stinking Badgers.
I have mine set at 2.8 caster on both sides, drives great. (3 inch lift though)

What you have is about where mine was with 5100 at 1.75 and stock UCA.

Highway wandering (low caster) and with caster that different, I would think uneven wear. That is given your truck stays straight as is.

That is pretty big offset between the two. You are are going to get steering wander and pulling to the left. You are going to compensate for that in your steering wheel wearing out the tires prematurely.

so, to the best if this man's ability, he couldn't get your truck to match alignment specs when that's his job? hmm. I'd go somewhere else. or go back with correct numbers and tell him to get it right.

an off alignment on a lifted truck is a bigger issue than on cars or stock height. the lift diminishes the suspension's ability to control the vehicle, added instability from sketchy steering and off alignment could possibly be dangerous. plus there's that pesky uneven tire wear
