So about a week ago I put on my steps from nfab. They look amazing but there is one problem the squeak like mad. I figured they worked their way loose so I added flat washers to bothsides and a lock washer behind the nut.... they still squeak. My next option is put a thin peice of rubber between the barcket and the body mount. Is there anything else I should try before I take the step off and put the rubber in? Its only on the back passanger side that does it.
    Thanks for the help

I have N-Fabs and they don't squeak. But if they did I would take 30 seconds and spray down the nuts and bolts with WD-40. Easy fix.

Maybe the sqeaking is coming from inside the thread bolts. Have you tried to completely remove them and put some all purpose grease inside the thread holes in the frame then bolt them back in.

Ok so the rubber helped but the squeak came back. Anything else I should try I thought about finding a piece of 11ga SS and add it to the body bracket to give it more rigidity incase something iss flexing
