Air injection pump bypass 2012 taco

Does anyone know if there is anyone out there making a programmer or something so I can bypass the air injection pump. To make a long story short I am having to put a motor in a truck we bought to rebuild and the 2010 motors are a lot easier to find and a lot cheaper. It is the same motor minus the air injection pump that Toyota added to these motors in 2012. They say the motor will work fine will all be the same but I will have a check engine light because of the missing injection pump. By the way it's a 4.0 non xrunner
