Strange sound from my passenger side

I just got my 2013 toyota Tacoma. 2 months into driving it I started to hear a weird nose. I had my truck fully loaded for camping. Now it happens off and on with put my bed being full. I took it back and they said it was a normal sound. It cuts in and out. The sound is loud and I have to turn my volume up to 30. What do you think it might be?

What type of sound?

We get a whistle noise at high speeds that's fixable. not sure what else....

 

It happens randomly. Which makes it more annoying. It's a whistle nose, I was finally able to record it. I turned off everything and went slow and fast. It is weird to me because it goes on and off literally in seconds. Then stays on for like a min. Usually I'm driving so I can't record it or it is off by the time I grab my phone. The nose doesn't last long if so it cuts in and out in and out in for a while then out.

 

There is a whistle that comes from the rubber weather strip between the hood and the grill. Some of the other members placed a small tube inside of the weather strip and it eliminated the whistle. If you search whistle sound you should be able to find what they used to fix it.

 

I will look that up and see if that fixes it. Thank you! I just happy because the deal ship looks at me like I'm crazy.
