    HI,
I just my first Taco about a week ago and i am going Taco crazy. I have been buying stuff to put on the car. For example,

-Westin bull bar black & chrome
    -running boards
    -weathertech frontliners
    -clifford intelliguard 770 alarm system
-pioneer avic-z150bh dvd/mp3 player, loving it!!

That's just in the two wks that i have owned the truck.

My next big purchase is wheels & tires I mostly drive highway. My commute is 50 miles round trip and the only off-road i do is when i go ride MTB which I have to go on a dirt road. I am unsure since I do mostly highway miles if to go with an all-terrain tire, which would be less noisy and get better MPG than an all terrain tire. What do you guys think?

When I was at all terrain tires I came upon the BFG Rugged Trail T/A but I noticed that almost all reviews were saying that the tires were getting cracks at around 22k miles. Also, I noticed that were saying nothing but good things about the all-season Michelin LTX M/S2. I know it is expensive but I am willing to spend the money to get a good tire. Can't go cheap now that I have my first Taco. :O)

FYI These tires are going to go along with some nice KMC XD Series wheels, either the Addict/Crank/Monster/Rockstar...black painted. I haven't decided which yet. So many choices!!

Welcome to TW, I used to run Firestone Destination AT's on my truck and I have 70 mile commute round trip. I got about 55k out of them 99% on road use, I would of gotten more if I would rotated them like I should of.

Thanks for the infor Burns. After looking into them people pretty much agree with your choice of firestones. Does it make a lot of noise on the road?

Not really, I had BFG AT's and they made some noise going down the highway. The Firestone's are pretty quiet compared to the BFG's.
