Just purchased a 2013 Tacoma sr 5 access cab with factory alloy wheels.
I am noticing what seems to me to be a lot of balancing weights on the wheels, as many as 16 in a row.
Is this normal, if not how can it be corrected?
    Thanks

That seems like a lot and surely doesn't look good a bet, it may be that one tire. I would have them re balance it and put them on the inside of the wheel or better use stick on weights, they look good and clean.

Need to check that the heavy spot on the tire is opposite the valve stem and re-try that balancing.
4ozs is alot....You should be able to get by with less than that.
