It was on my 2005, I'm new to the 2nd gen Tacomas so I'm not sure on what it will bolt straight up too, I would think it would work on any 2nd gen Tacomas

Okay, it does fit the Second Gens, but 05-11 are compatible with each other, and then the 12,13, and 14 are compatible. Just putting that out there so you know for the future

BTW, do you have any idea on the manufacture?, if you do, it would be alot easier to find out if it actually fits.

We'll I bought the truck with the brush guard on it, but the kid said it's either Aries or Westin? But then again I am not sure

well, IMO i think their the same thing. they both use identical mounting brackets and locations... the difference is only in the price methinks......

Edit: one way to tell for sure. If you're skid plate was still on with the guard, then it's an Aries. If your skid plate was off with the guard, then you have a westin.
