Know those words aren't liked around here.. but I have been interested in getting a bigger truck. As in a 350/3500 7.3L diesel truck..
    :D

Plans of towing large loads, loading up my bed, having a long bed, and just to have a diesel are just a few reasons.
Problem is I like to a lot of research before I go out and buy one. (It would be a 1993-2004 probably for my budget).

unfortunately, it doesn't seem like many forums similar to tw exist. I have joined several, and none are like this. Can anyone recommend a forum they have joined?

Also, any insight into the truck part is appreciated..

    Thanks!

Powerstroke.org - is a good one, lots of good people and lots of info.

Try and stay away from the 03-04, 6.0 motors, they have some issues that can cost a lot to fix, but once fixed correctly, there good motors.

The 7.3 is a great motor, but people are asking and getting an arm and a leg for them.

    Good luck.

Cumminsforum is great, a lot of good guys on there willing to help. Just like here use the search option to avoid being a idiot.

Also both the 7.3 and the 5.9 engine/trucks have their ups and downs, I.E lift pumps, vp44's, glowplugs and several other things. Awesome trucks that last forever and get damn good mileage with great power.

Cumminsforum. It isnt as good as here, but its not bad. If you ever want to get more out of it, competitiondiesel is another good one. They are kind of like ttora, a little rough around the edges, but tons of knowledge on go fast.
