2008 Tacoma automatic 4.0 TRD off road. When I try to start the truck I just get a loud " click" but sometimes it intermittently turns over and starts. I'm going with the starter solenoid being the culprit as I've searched and found that the contacts often go bad. When u whack the solenoid with a tool the truck usually starts. My question is

Can I get a contact and plunger kit for the 2nd Gen tacomas? All I can find is 1st get kits for sale. I need to do this soon as I work tomorrow and today the truck almost didn't start.

    Thanks in advance

Anyone? I heard the starter solenoid is a common issue with these trucks.
