Truck is vibrating at certain mph!?

I have a 2009 Toyota Tacoma 4.0 4x4 crew cab . I have a bad vibration from 30 to 45 mph when I'm accelerating normally . No vibration is coming thru the steering wheel just the body of truck . When I feel the vibration I put the drive stick into 4 drive and it settles it out or anything after 50 mph in reg drive I have no vibrations. Any ideas what it might be? Any thoughts on it would be AWSOME ! Thanks guys!

How's the alignment? I've had similar issues and in my experience it always ends up being alignment but once my father-in-law borrowed my car and hit a curb...didn't tell me right away (nice, right?) and it broke the belt inside the tire and causes a similar kind of issue.
