WTS: Custom Built Dedicated 22LR AR-15 Upper Receiver Group

I am looking to sell the complete upper from my custom build dedicated 22LR AR-15. I built this 3 years ago, and just haven't used it for what I was planning to (hunting rabbits) and it has been to the range twice, ~150 rnds down the tube. I have a SBR dedicated 22LR rifle that gets used a lot more, so this one is for sale.

Here is the parts list:
- Spikes Tactical 16" Dedicated Lothar Walther M4 Barrel (meant to look like a 14.5" barrel because of the additional barrel length in the dedicated portion of the barrel) Spikes no longer sells this barrel, and this is the more accurate and better made barrel compared to the Green Mountain Barrel.
- Spikes Tactical Fake Suppressor
- Bolt Group from Spikes Tactical – Spikes Tac currently has a 6-12 month lead time on this bolt.
- Free Float Handguards - Vltor CASV-M
- VLTOR CAVS-M Front Sight
- GG&G MAD Rear Sight
- Millett 1.1x to 4x Illuminated Scope
- Luepold Scope Rings
- Upper Receiver from Spikes Tactical
- Charging Handle from Spikes Tactical
- Badger Gen 1 Tac Latch on Charging Handle

Looking for $1255 shipped CONUS w/ insurance and tracking via USPS - will sell without the scope/rings for $1055

I will consider parting this out, if I do the upper receiver and charging handle are not for sale. Individual prices are marked below, I can change the groupings if you want things differently. Both the barrel/bolt and handguards need a buyer before I will take the upper apart. Part out prices dont include shipping. I will take USPS MO, Paypal Gift (or add 4%), Cash. ETA: For those that dont know, this will drop onto any AR-15 Lower, and uses the ciener type mags, I used the Black Dog 22LR Mags and had zero failures with it, and I have another one that I take to the range a lot more and it has the same bolt/barrel/mag setup and works great.
