I have a 2008 Tacoma and a 2012 Camry, and had a 2004 Sienna, All of their radios and or speakers are sub par and sound like cheapy audio. Would love to hear of experiences with aftermarket units that any of you have installed. Thanks, Marty

I caught a pioneer avh-4200dvd double din HU on Craigslist for a decent price and installed it last weekend. Rigged up USB and AUX connections in the console and its a huge difference even with the stock speakers. I hated the stock HU.

I've had this alpine for years, not one problem. I highly recommend it

    Info-you, there's a forum specifically for your audio/video needs http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/audio-video/

Anywho, my setup is amazing. Little on the pricy side and sadly, I'm on a work vacation so no pics at the moment. I'm running the Alpine INE-Z928HD http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/ine-z928hd head unit with a full compliment of Kicker KS series http://www.kicker.com/KS_Series Mids and Tweets. I opted not to go for a sub enclosure as I have use for my back seat and behind the seat storage compartments (DCSB). However, I did RAAM mat http://www.raamaudio.com/ my doors inside and out. The mids from the Kickers produce well enough bass to rattle my loose change and the audio is crisp. Still rolling stock speaker wire with no external amp. Sounds good enough for me and I don't plan on doing anything else to it, save maybe Sat radio.
