But it makes sure that all my components are compatible so I don't run into issues.

Ummmmm, you should look a little deeper into an SAS. There isn't fuck-all of your original front end that'll be left over. The drive shaft will be custom, as well as the links, shock and spring mounts, steering linkage, all of it.

Well aware. I've read tons of threads. Just wish someone would post exactly what was used

Because most of it doesn't matter as far as specifics. What does matter: axle and gearing, steering box. Everything else is Frankenstein.

Cam, I'm very jealous! I love 1911's but can't afford one currently... Still building up my collection little by little. I need to get to a rifle range soon to test out my new toy :D

Dave, what part of the run is rated for 80 lbs..the part you string between the trees or the part that clips to the collar?

Spare no expense on the collar part. Get a chain at Home Despot is the ultimate..even the right rating in wire will eventually fray. I had a German shepherd that did that a few times before I went chain.

How much do they get for the part between the trees? I might have one you can have.

What you could also do is get some cable from a marine or climbing company and make your own. That sucker would last a lifetime and not break no matter how batshit crazy your dogs may get.

Update on my buddy..saw him at a bar again Thurs night and he saw me drive by. Sent me a few texts saying he will return the car, just needs a day or 2 to clean it out.

Friday says he's been thinking..oh god..he'd rather pay $100 a week for 8 weeks. I told him all or nothing b/c he hasn't stuck to even $30 a week for 11 months now but his attitude is "this is what I'm doing so here you go". Asshole..I'll just file it in small claims court, cover my ass that way.

If I ever have enough money kicking around I really want to buy one of these 1911s. It's the first gun I want to buy for myself. All the guns I have now are family heirlooms. Thusly, antiques, and can't be shot with the new smokeless powder... But I have a lot of friends who go shooting all the time! I just wish mass didn't suck so much about gun laws... Right now almost all of the guns I want to buy for myself aren't legal. And probably never will be.

Lake George is beautiful but I cant take the rude self entitled NYC's. Well just finished most of my 30K. Like most different plugs on pass side compared to drivers. Anti seized everything I took off. Just waiting on airfilter from autoanything. The carbon filter was pretty dirty also. Cleaned the throttlebody even though it wasn't bad
