i need a logical explanation

    I set mine before I took it to the shop for install. They had never seen anything like it. I just told them not to mess with anything and install it as they normally would do with a strut. A lot of shop mechanics aren't mechanics they just learn as they go and get paid to much. I guess we are all mechanics :)

    Did you get this issue resolved? I am looking into swapping out the stock billies for the 5100's and setting them to 1.75" also using the stock springs. Can you post some pics of what it looks like with the correct settings?

    On page 2, post #31, he put up a pic of where your billies should be set at. I'm using stock coils and the ride is 10x better with the billies. Just make sure you get an alignment as well. When you buy the 5100s it will say what measurement each line is. My mechanic didn't listen aperently to the instructions that I have him.
