    I'd suggest starting with looking up the required maintenance for the mileage of your truck and ensure that everything prior to it has been completed. If you don't know certain things (example - if you don't know if the coolant has been flushed), you probably should just go ahead and do them. Also, change the differential oil, tranny oil, transfer case if it's 4x4, etc.

    From there you can start browsing all the cool mods you can do to your truck!

    EDIT: my bad, it's prerunner, so no 4x4
