Man, I did the Missoula drive by myself. I can't imagine any people in my cab it would drive me mad. St. George, UT to Eureka, MT... Never again. At least not in one day. The ride was great. But my mental sanity was out the window by the time I hit Idaho.

Every year I drive to Colorado Springs then across to Durango. I'm 6', my wife is 5', and my daughter is 8 now. I have driven back from Durango Co. to Benton Ar. 2 times non stop with no issues. It's a long drive but not uncomfortable at all. My daughter has all her DVD's converted on my tablet and so she is entertained the whole time plus she loves to travel so it works out great. All the luggage in the bed and the cab is empty of everything but food and drinks. Perfect traveling vehicle for me.

I did 20 hours each way from NH to Labrador City Canada (Wabush) which included about 400 miles of dirt road each leg. No problems, no back ache, just a wallet ache from the cost of gas in Canada

6'5"?!and 3 huskies?! are they in the bed or backseat? couldn't keep our husky and GSD still in the backseat during a 90 minute drive let alone a 30hr one...

No worries I drove my old 94' all over the US and was never uncomfortable. And my new 2012 is even more comfortable than the 94' and more power with the 4.0 so i don't see it being uncomfortable at all.
Plus a Ford No Way not as good air circulation system wider turning radius, and ride just about the same but MPG stinks

I have a 05 access trd offroad taco, i am about 5'10" and drove from oklahoma city to colorado springs with both my huskies inside the truck. All though i was comfy, it was a bit cramped for them but we all managed and made it without any problems.

Yeah, I THOUGHT I bought a Tundra! Put down a $500 deposit last night to get it from another dealer. Get a call this morning saying that when they called to reserve it, it was already sold the night before.

They are trying to get me into one with the 5.7 now, but I don't think I want that mpg headache. I love my taco, but really want something bigger. I just don't think it's meant to be. Maybe god is telling me something. Lol.
