so I heard seafoam woks wonders. ive read that you should por it in your take at almost empty and then fill up. I have 3/4 of a tank right now so what the harm in me putting it in now rather then when im at 1/4 of a tank and filling it up immediately?

You can put it in the tank whenever. Empty, full... don't matter.

I haven't used Seafoam in a car, but I do add it to my gas cans for my small engine stuff. Seems to work very well as a fuel stabilizer.

I'm guessing the reason they say to add it to an almost empty tank before filling is for mixing. You won't do any harm adding it now.

Its just to mix it up. You can also suck it into your vacuum lines to clean your valves and top end. This is how you produce the huge smoke volumes sometimes seen on youtube, don't worry your car won't explode even though it looks and feels horrible for a few minutes.
