I just finished swapping the headers from my 06 4.0 over to my 2010. No problems when I installed the DTLT's on the 06, but now I have both the CEL and the little traction Icon lit up on the 2010. Other then the supplied 02 connection on the drivers side being extremely short (which could possibly gotten stretched to get it to plug in) I don't know what else might be the problem?

Well have you checked what Code is being thrown? It could be a completely separate event all together. As for the O2 sensor; I'm a little unfamiliar with the '10 model but does it have 4 cats? 2 Cats on the headers and 2 Cats on the Ypipe. You may need to look into getting URD's rear O2 sensor eliminator if that's the case. Like I said before though, its all dependent on what OBD2 Codes are thrown.

02 sims were all part of the deal when I bought the kit from URD the first time.

Discovered the problem. Anyone that has done this knows how tight the frikken 02 wiring is to begin with to the leads. I took it to my mech and told him check the driver side upper first as I was not sure it ever clicked in because it was so tight.

Even on a lift it's a mutha, but that was the problem. Had to pull the end loose from its mount above the trans to get enough length to get it to plug in and snap as it was not all the way in. Problem solved!

URD-Could you please add at least 1" to those front sims? PLEASE!!!

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
I had the EXACT same issue when I installed my DT Y-Pipe. The Pass-Side o2 sensor harness was so taught when I plugged it back in, it threw a code. I unhooked it from the metal bracket, and VOILA, code gone
