I need to run power to the bed of the truck.
I'll need one 10g wire from 2nd battery to a 12v cigarette plug for the fridge
2nd for a 6 fuse panel to power items in the bed.
Should I run a fused line straight from battery for the 12v out and separate line for fuse block?
Or one line to fuse block and power fridge from the panel?

Just run a single #4 and install a Blue Sea fuse panel at the rear. Connect your branch circuits to that. Use a 60 amp marine breaker on the #4 at the battery (not at the rear).
