I’d go with the brute. i hear Armor tech is good.

but i’ll say this. at first just from the photos i was not sure about the brute for hybrid. but once i saw one in person i really like the look of them A LOT better and would probably get one if i had the money.

    and this ^
Billy was having some problems with his laser cutter supplier guy so you might want to ask if the reinforcement frame brackets are currently available when you talk to him.

I'm obviously biased, but I say bruteforce! And yeah, Billy's website needs some work but if you give him a call he will be able to answer all your questions.

I also agree with the bumper reinforcement plates; they are a very worthwhile investment

Looks good man- how much did it run total?

Polls like both listed 50/50 by looks good but big sway to Brute with customer service. No ones spoke for Armor Tech yet.

Alright it's final. After speaking with Billy on the phone today I'm sold and going Brute Force! Too many great references on here not to. Going with a custom cutout where the TRD used to be as well and can wait to get it on the truck and post pics!

Armor Tech's customer service is great. I worked with Adam to get some bolt on sliders. He was great to work with and got me the sliders fast. From what I've seen with my sliders, his products are very high quality. The sliders have save my truck from trail damage many times.

I called him yesterday and didn't get a hold of him right away but he called me back in like 10 minutes to help get everything ordered.

    Customer service points for Billy....

I checked with other vendors about pricing, shipping etc, and when the total starts to add up of course I asked about any military discounts not expecting it and was not a deal breaker but doesn't hurt to ask right. Other vendors didn't have anything and it wasn't a big deal and just kept the total from each vendor continuing just to check pricing. So getting back to the point I placed the order with Billy and forgot to ask that question and before we got off the phone I guess he was looking up my truck/account on TW and said "I see you were in the service" and reworked the quote. Like I said not a deal breaker but cool catch and def some badass customer service!

Check my build thread...too much to list.

 I bought a bumper through a gb and he was quick to answer all my questions. I know ATO does great work too because I have their skids. In the end you would have been fine with either. Kudos to Billy for his customer service.

How much of a discount did you get? I have been wanting his hybrid bumper for about 6 months now.

Hi Chad- wasn't a whole lot but probably saved me $40-$50 in the end. Hey $40-$50 right! More than anything thought it was pretty cool of him to throw in considering that I forgot to ask.

I have the second one that Adam made after he took over from Kevin. I love the bumper, added the center hoop and the two hoops by the head lights. There hasn't been a bumper that's come out since I got mine that's made me want to sell mine and get a new one. Great things to say about the bumper and even greater things to say about Adam, he's a stand up guy that fixed a lot of wrongs that he unknowingly obtained from Kevin when he took over.
