I have an '06 Taco. My locks on all 4 doors won't automatically lock after driving so I would have to press the lock button instead. While it's not a big problem because I can still press the button I sure would like to fix this. I can't seem to find anything online or I haven't looked hard enough. Any help is appreciated!

Plasti-dipped wheels, Bilstein 5100's @ 1.75, 1 in. block in rear, CB in center console, 12V outlet in console, weathertechs, N-FAB wheel-to-wheel 3in. tube, Action packer cheap toolbox, Spidertraxx 1.25" spacers, Kensun 5000K in fogs, K&N drop-in filter, foglight anytime mod, Anytime Panty-dropper mod.
Be careful what you wish for, you can get an alarm system that will automatically lock your doors. But, if you ever leave your keys in your truck for any reason, you're going to have a really bad time.

Yup, no auto lock on my 12 either. Plus, even if the two front doors are locked, you can still open without unlocking.

Alright, so if you're livin life on a budget, forum search the plasti-dip mega thread. You'll have a lot of fun with that one. Find out what BHLM stands for. Attempt to get a TacomWorld.com sticker (still haven't figured that one out). Basically whatever interests you in the cheap tacoma mods section. If you have some money to spend, do a whole WHOLE lot of research before you blow it all on a drop bracket lift and some Nitto Terra Grapplers. This forum will help you spend your money on a useful suspension lift, instead of some parking lot junk. Go search and see what HomerTaco does. Hit up SockMonkey for some decals. That's all I can think of right now. And if you don't know what a long travel suspension is, you should look at those too.

I hate auto locks. Had them on my Fords and got real tired of walking around the truck and finding the door locked. Glad Toyota does not have. I could have disabled on the Ford but wifey would not let me.

Hey, thanks a lot! You just confused the hell out of me but I'll be busy researching! My head was spinning last night from just looking at so many threads. I got some mula but I'd like a sticker! Thanks again!

What's wrong with Terra Grapplers? I had them on my Jeep and did their job pretty good. If I remember correctly. :notsure:

They are all right on road and in sand, I think that's about it. And sockmonkey doesn't make decals anymore
