Best tool box

Just bought my first Tacoma. 2013 regular cab and I need a tool box in the bed.
I think I want the kind that sits on top of the sides of the bed and is secure and waterproof and all that. Brand? Price? Maybe other suggestions as to type? You guys are the experts so Ill listen. Thanks.

 

If you're referring to a crossover box I'm about to order a Delta (part #PAC1589002). I considered a UWS but I don't like the box being angled at the sides. The UWS also has a similar latch as the toolbox I have on my other truck which I have cussed and fussed with for years. The Delta has a rotary lock mechanism that I hope will be more durable and reliable.

 

I want a black toolbox that doesn't go over the sides of the truck, one that sits on top of the wheel wells and still leaves room for me to instal my rack if need be.
