Anyone ever use Lumen® - LED Load Resistors?

Hey everyone.

I was on carid.com today and I found Lumen® - LED Load Resistors. There was only one review on the product and it wasn't helpful at all. I was wondering if anyone on the board happened to use this product and do they know if it works? Possible issues with it etc. Any information would be great.

I'm not familiar with those. Personally I use the LED flasher module instead of load resistors because of the heat.
