Got almost 120k miles on my spacer/block lift. Light off-roading, no issues. I have a 3 inch block in the rear with stock springs (No TSB) The only thing I've ever had a problem with was axle wrap under emergency braking. Didn't break or hurt anything on the truck but def felt very weird.

Plasti-dipped wheels, Bilstein 5100's @ 1.75, 1 in. block in rear, CB in center console, 12V outlet in console, weathertechs, N-FAB wheel-to-wheel 3in. tube, Action packer cheap toolbox, Spidertraxx 1.25" spacers, Kensun 5000K in fogs, K&N drop-in filter, foglight anytime mod, Anytime Panty-dropper mod.
I've got a one inch block out back, and 5100s up front at 1.75. No problems whatsoever. It depends on how large the block is I suppose..

Don't stop at one spacer either, stack them and add a body lift afterwards to really tie it all together :drevil:

For pretty much the same price you can get Bilstein 5100s and an AAL for the rear. I don't see the point of using spacers.

Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
With a spacer lift, the suspension runs out of uptravel before hitting the bump stop. Eventually, or with enough force, the strut fails.
