History of things done to my truck in the past week:

Removed my sway bar, installed LR UCAs, got a few crappy alignments from Firestone (specs still not where I want) and also had my tires balanced and rotated.

    Issues at hand:

I first noticed something odd when I went wheeling a few days ago. This was all after the previous things above were done. With my tires aired down (11 psi) and in 4wd on the trail, my truck felt really "heavy". Almost like my brakes were dragging or something. I usually only go down to 13-15 psi, so I thought maybe it was from being at 11 psi, or possibly something to do with the recent things mentioned above.

Then, today on my way to work, I noticed a distinct "rumble" from my floor board. Not a vibration in my steering wheel, but noise and feeling of a rumble on my feet. When I would turn to the right the noise would stop, turn to the left, seemed to get a little worse.

I just got home and jacked up my front end. I'm not seeing any play from the wheels when holding at 12' and 6' position. BUT, something is definitely odd when I turn the wheels. My driver side spins smoothly, but my passenger side is hard to turn and wont keep spinning, instead it seem to stop suddenly and I can hear a "click" noise which sounds to be coming from my CV. It looks like on my passenger side my CV angle droops down a little further than on my driver side.

Bad bearing, brake issue, CV issue?

Here is a quick video I took, sorry for the poor quality:

    Thanks for any help!

Your wheel bearing got water in. The noise is the grinding of the bearings against the now mud-like grease.

Thanks guys. I figured it was the bearing, but I was a little confused because I didn't find any of the typical "play" when holding holding tire/wheel at 12 and 6.

Bump! Replaced whole bearing/hub assembly. Issue still remains. Vibration/hum felt on floor board while driving straight and to the left. Turn to the right, it disappears. Jack up front end, driver side spins smooth - passenger side does 3/4 rotation and stop abruptly and I hear a click sound. Looking at my cv's while spinning wheels, driver side looks smooth while passenger side looks to be "bouncing" around. My boots aren't leaking/split so I doubt contamination inside.

    Help!!

My guess is both wheel bearings went bad, the one you replaced was worse, now that it is smooth you're noticing the not so bad one.

    Update:

I jacked the passanger side up by LCA and it spins smooth! It only spins weird when suspension is drooping.

Should this CV be replaced regardless? It definitely spins weird and makes a "pop" sound when spun with suspension hanging.

I'm curious if the noise/hum I'm hearing is my tires due to recent rotation and current tread wear on front tires

It could very well be your tires especially with the alignment issues you mentioned. My fierce attitude m/t hum alot and the sound changes when turning left and right.
