I recently had the CEL light some on, and autozone said it could be a few things. Some guys helped me figure it out. They said it was my intake causing the engine to run lean. Now my question is, how do I adjust the fuel/air mix so my engines back to normal?

Stock intake? If so, then it sounds like a vacuum / air leak. Could be as simple as tightening everything up, or replacing the intake gaskets.

Sorry - I was thinking intake manifold, not CAI.....

That does seem to be a common issue with the CAI's. I don't have one, so I can't help - but I'm sure someone else will.

Your MAF sensor is probably dirty or bad. The K&N has a bad rep. around here because the oil on the filter gets sucked onto the MAF and causes it to go out. I would get some MAF cleaner from autozone and try cleaning it first, if that doesn't work then the sensor is probably bad.

The MAF sensor is what tells the motor that more air is getting sucked in and adjusts the fuel accordingly.

No, and only spray the sensor, don't use a qtip or anything to rub it

Correct. They make a MAF cleaner. It isn't as harsh as carb cleaner. And correct, just spray the cleaner on it. A q-tip can break the little element wire that is in the sensor then it is definitely ruined.
