The all-important question: does the '99 4Runner one-piece crank work in the '09 Taco?

I complained to a sales guy once that my F150 was supposed to have lock on spare. He said why did you wait a year. I said because I never needed to use the spare. Service manager got mad at the stupid sales guy and said where is the truck and give me the keys. Not only did he get me a lock he had one of his guys put it on. Some times it pays to ask and or complain.

    Attention all TacoHeads !
I have just received the above referenced jack/tire winch handle Toyota part #091113-04020, I ordered from Village Toyota.
I am happy to report that it fits my 2006 SR5/TRD
Access Cab perfectly ! Which means that it will fit
yours also. My Taco winch is equipped with the McGuard
anti-theft key security system and the handle works perfectly, plenty long enough to do the job, but not too long. What a relief ! Can't tolerate that POS jack handle that came with my Taco.
Don't forget to lube your winch cable at least once a year. I use and recommend chain and cable lubricant by Lubriplate.

    Best wishes all,
    TacoMarty
