ive heard you need 2.5" inlet/outlet and get either an offset in center out......or center in offset out.

Flowmaster Super 40 Delta. I got mine off of ebay for like 70 brand new then had a friend who works at trick trucks install it for me for like 30 bucks. Sounds great especially when i punch it. Can be a bit annoying in the cab though at times. Driving around 40mph is annoying. I need to speed up or let off the gas. but thats only when its still cold. Sounds awesome.

I believe i did center in center out. Just look at your current muffler and see how it is set up. Thats what I did. 2.5 is right for inlet but the outlet is a little smaller. Trick trucks had to install an adapter which was like 3 bucks or so. not a problem and it did the job.

For those who want to do a dual exhaust, do we need a single in/dual out, or what? y-pipe from the single in single out instead?

If you want a true Dual exhaust, that will require some fabrication from the cats back, (cutting out the y pipe collector) but I think for the purpose of simplicity, running a single inlet (from the y pipe collector) and dual out (from the muffler) would be the easiest option. On our trucks I dont think the true dual exhaust is worth the cost for usless going with a supercharger... But the dual outlet exhaust is more cosmetic and acoustic then actually performace based.

I have the 50 series Flowmaster, single in and single out and it sounds great. :D
