    Hey all,

So I did a speaker replacement for a friend of mine who has a 1995 regular cab and I had a few questions. Firstly, when I removed the passenger door I snapped the triangular panel (usually where the tweeter sits) by the window. I couldn't find them anywhere, and was wondering if you all knew where to search or what to search for, I couldn't find out what they call it.

Also, I replaced the speakers with new ones from Crutchfield, they gave me brackets and I installed them all together. However, the speakers/brackets hit the door.I can't snap the door panel to the door in the very bottom near the speaker. I'm sure this problem has been encountered before and I'm just looking to see how you all solved it.

    Thanks again!
    Derek

The tweeter housing you'll just have to find on a junked/parting out Toyota/Tacoma. I'd look on Craigslist, there's usually one or two within the month being parted out that are within driving distance.

Maybe use the old brackets? Not really sure without seeing a picture but you don't always have to use the given brackets for products, sometimes you have to use a little elbow grease to get the factory look ;)
