Does anybody know where I can pick up a SPAL PWM v3 fan controller?

I know SPAL stopped making/distributing them a year or two ago, but I'm hoping somebody has one laying around they want to sell.

My SPAL controller quit on me two days ago and it would be awesome to just swap the boxes out without having to rewire the fan/temp sensor/ac/relay for a different style fan controller.

Thank you in advance for your help, I will gladly pay $$$ for a new/used SPAL PWM v3.
